孩子眼中优秀领导者的特质有哪些？

8岁的Paige认为：

they keep their temper.  领导者善于控制个人情绪。（例如：忍住怒气，不乱发火）

they explain things properly. 领导者能够合理地，恰如其分地解析每一样事物。

they help you with things you don’t know. 领导者可以指引你进入未知领域。（未知领域，或许是具体的一件事情的操作，或许是理解、分析、看待事物的角度。总之，是你所不熟知，不擅长的，而领导者以一种平等的姿态：help，帮助你去理解，去操作）

they don’t let people do whatever they want to do. 领导者不让人肆意妄为。（该遵守的规章制度与纪录是一个组织正常运转的前提，不可能想干吗干吗，想怎样怎样。领导者必然有监督的职责）

they encourage you to do your best. 领导者鼓励你尽可能发挥所长。（突破自我，挖掘潜能，做到最好）

they are fair. 领导者是公平公正的 （对人对事的态度不有失偏颇，始终站在客观的立场）

they love the people around them. 领导者对周围人友爱，满怀善意。

they include everyone. 领导者包容所有的人。（无论对方是否怀有敌意，仍然用爱去感化和体谅）

their demands are reasonable. 领导者提出的要求是合情合理的。（交付的任务和设定要完成的目标没有不切实际，量力而行）
